Where We're At

Currently: Phase 1 — Barn Clean Up, Assessment & Foundation Stabilization + House Interior Completion

We're still working to get the barn thoroughly cleaned up, inside and out, while sorting through zoning, permits, and engineering before any foundation work can begin. Then the foundation becomes the priority — assessing damage, fixing water management, and getting ready for the big hillside wall repair. Meanwhile the house is in its final stretch (kitchen, deck) before the barn work ramps up in full.
